In addition to the Content on the web site and the services provided by Goodwill NCW through the website (“Services”), the website provides you with various opportunities to submit Content and participate in various community Services. By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY OR AMEND THE TERMS OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS FROM TIME TO TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. c. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Goodwill NCW’s website for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Goodwill NCW offers you the opportunity to buy gift cards from our partner through the Website. You may only purchase products for personal use by either yourself or your intended recipient of the products. Goodwill NCW may refuse any order that it has reasonable cause to believe is for onward sale other than through distribution channels approved by Goodwill NCW. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the acquisition and use of any Goodwill NCW gift cards.
